HOW IT WORKS

Collect, process, and review

1

Captain tracks the journeys

DriveOps Captain records every production vehicle journey — vehicle, driver, distance, pickup and drop-off, timestamp. No action required from drivers or coordinators.
2

Data syncs every 15 minutes

Journey records pull automatically into the Crew Transport tool. Emission factors are applied per vehicle using registration data where available.
3

Export is ready when you are

The Albert export builds continuously through the shoot. No wrap-period reconciliation, no data collection at the end.

WHY IT MATTERS

A six-vehicle fleet over a ten-week shoot accumulates tens of thousands of kilometres. Without system integration, that figure is estimated or omitted. With it, every journey is a captured record. The accuracy difference matters most on mixed fleets: an electric vehicle carries roughly one quarter the emission factor of a diesel equivalent. That difference should appear in the submission — not be averaged away.
