Collect, process, and review
1
Forward booking confirmations
Add the production's inbound address to your travel bookings, or forward confirmations as they arrive. One address per production — nothing changes about how flights are booked.
2
Records flow into the footprint
Each confirmation is parsed for route, cabin class, and departure date. Calculations run automatically and land in the production's air travel total.
3
Review and submit
Anything that needs a second look goes to a short review queue before it's finalised. Approve, and the record is locked.

WHY IT MATTERS
The standard approach is to pull booking records from a travel management company at wrap and reconcile. That process takes days, misses anything booked outside the TMC, and loses cabin class data for older records — the detail that determines whether a flight is three times the carbon or one. This tool replaces that reconstruction with a running log built as the bookings happen.
